Refund Policy

1. Digital service, instant delivery
Nano Flash Image provides instantly delivered digital services (subscriptions and credit‑based features). Once credits are consumed or a generation completes, refunds generally are not available.
2. When a refund may be issued
- Duplicate charge or accidental multiple billing.
- You were charged but could not access the service after reasonable troubleshooting.
- A confirmed technical fault on our side prevented you from using purchased credits.
Refunds are evaluated case‑by‑case and may be partial or full.
3. What is not refundable
- Credits already consumed or outputs successfully generated.
- Abuse, violation of Terms/Acceptable Use, or chargeback fraud.
- Promotional or trial credits where terms specify non‑refundability.
4. How to request a refund
Email contact@nanoflashimage.com within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email, receipt/transaction ID, date and amount, and a brief description. We will review and, if eligible, issue a refund to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation vs. refund
You can cancel your subscription anytime in Dashboard → Manage Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension while we investigate.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date will be shown above.
